    Looking for a smarter and paperless alternative to manage their workshop processes; repair, service and MOT centre LG Perfect has become the latest business to adopt cloud-based compliance management platform r2c Online.

    Norfolk based LG Perfect are one of over 600 workshops nationwide using r2c Online to streamline their maintenance and compliance operation and transact online with their fleet customers. Vaughan Rowley, Aftersales Manager for LG Perfect, said the company is delighted with the new system, highlighting the efficiency improvements it has quickly brought to their operation.


    Vaughan Rowley explained, “With the new system all correspondence is sent and updated online. Before we could spend two hours a day just chasing missed inspections. We now don’t need to make those phone calls which alone is a saving more than one day per week.”

    A finalist at the Greenfleet and Commercial Fleet Awards in September, r2c Online provides an entirely paperless solution to manage workshop administration, eradicating the need for paper copies of invoices and service records. LG Perfect are able to schedule maintenance via the online planner, where all defects and add-ons are sent to the customer automatically. The result is a saving in both time and paper according to Rowley, “As well as saving time, we’re also saving £600 a year on paper alone which is about 24,000 sheets of paper”.

    In a competitive industry using the r2c Online solution has further given LG Perfect a valuable commercial edge when it comes to customer service. According to Vaughn Rowley, “Gone are the days of lost inspection sheets and customers requesting extra copies. All paperwork is electronically stored as soon as a job has been completed. Customers are telling us they are particularly pleased with the option to access their information through the internet and by email, allowing them to accept and change their bookings without hassle.”
